These terms govern use of Arabic Letter Journey. By creating a parent account you accept them on behalf of yourself and the children whose profiles you create.
The parent account
You must be an adult to create an account. You are responsible for the account credentials, the parent PIN, and everything done under the account, including profiles you create for children in your care.
Licence and content
You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app and its lessons for family learning. Lesson content, artwork, audio, and the letter-tracing model remain the property of the publisher. You may not copy, resell, sublicense, or redistribute them.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to bypass the grown-up gate or entitlement checks, reverse engineer the app, submit fabricated progress data, or interfere with the service for other families.
Subscription and billing
Free lessons remain available without payment. Premium is an auto-renewing subscription sold as a monthly or annual plan. The exact price, billing period, and any introductory offer are shown by Apple, Google, or the secure web checkout before you confirm; that displayed price is the one that applies.
Renewal and cancellation
A subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Cancel in Apple subscription settings, Google Play subscription settings, or the web billing portal, depending on where the purchase was made. Deleting the app or the parent account does not cancel a store subscription. Any unused part of an introductory offer is forfeited when a subscription is purchased.
Refunds
Refunds for store purchases are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies. Refunds for web checkout purchases are handled by the publisher; write to the support address.
Availability and changes
Lessons and games may be added, changed, or withdrawn. If a change materially reduces what a paid subscription provides, it is announced in the app first. The service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability.
Termination
You may delete the parent account at any time from the grown-up area. The publisher may suspend an account that breaches these terms, after notice where practical.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the publisher is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud, or any statutory consumer rights you hold.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the publisher’s country of establishment, without displacing mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
